The VAST Trail is only active with the consent of the Lot #3 owners.

It was installed several years ago and runs exclusively through the wooded areas of Lot #3. At a brief hard swing turn, it comes to some 300 feet from the Lot #3 building envelope. At no point is there any access to the open field. Entrance to the Trail is at it's crossing point on Sugarhouse Road - some 0:45 seconds away. In the summertime, the Trail turns into a beautiful walking trail with babbling brooks and natural settings.
